• Develop Product Analysis and Research to deliver prototypes and align with product conceptual directions
• Lead conceptual design for project proposals- Story Telling, make recommendation on unique up and coming designers in the market who are trend-setting
• Initiate area of improvement to enhance property productivity in terms of commercial awareness and traffic footfall on existing projects as well as ongoing projects
• Analyze and research new product trends globally then to creatively innovatively craft unique selling points to AWC projects to Curate to overarching Brand DNA

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor degree or higher in related field
• 5 years of experience with Product Design strategy or Design preferably in mixed-use property development/ retail development/ hospitality projects
• Experience in micro-market research and customer behavior analysis
• Skilled in product positioning and design with interpersonal skills to engage in different development stage
• Good command of English
• Powerpoint and Adobe related graphic programs
• Autocad and Sketchup proficiency
