- Forecast P-Cost impact by monthly, quarterly, and annual.
- Preparing forecast P-Cost Budget and 5 Year Plan.
- Preparing finance analysis to support CPO.
- Partnership with HRBP and FNBP P-Cost tracking to support ODD report.
- Prepare Merit and Bonus file to support CPO and CEO

คุณสมบัติ

- Graduate in Major Accounting and Finance will
- Ownership mindset, with ability to meet tight deadlines using a logical, methodical approach to prioritization.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business or quantitative subject (e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or finance)
- People Analytics, Workforce planning, Financial Budgeting, or related HR analytics
