Qualifications

  • Experience handling large groups of tourists is a plus

  • 1–3 years of experience in ticketing, customer service, or related fields

  • Basic IT equipment skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent customer service

  • Proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct ticket sales and manage on-site ticketing operations accurately and on time

  • Respond politely to customer inquiries about tickets, resolve complaints, and provide guidance to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

  • Monitor entrances to verify ticket validity and ensure proper admission

  • Oversee and operate the ticketing system efficiently; assist with system updates and troubleshooting as necessary

  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations related to ticketing; implement security measures to prevent fraud and unauthorized access to the system

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth ticketing operations, and support ticketing operations managers as needed
