Job Responsibilities

Conduct ticket sales and manage on-site ticketing operations accurately and on time

Respond politely to customer inquiries about tickets, resolve complaints, and provide guidance to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

Monitor entrances to verify ticket validity and ensure proper admission

Oversee and operate the ticketing system efficiently; assist with system updates and troubleshooting as necessary

Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations related to ticketing; implement security measures to prevent fraud and unauthorized access to the system

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth ticketing operations, and support ticketing operations managers as needed
