28 January 2026, Bangkok, Thailand – Asset World Corporation (AWC), Thailand’s leading integrated lifestyle real estate group, is proud to announce a strategic partnership with Marriott International to further enhance the tourism potential of two of the country’s most important beach destinations: Pattaya in Chonburi Province and Koh Samui in Surat Thani Province.

The signing of The Ritz-Carlton property in Pattaya marks another significant milestone in the long-standing strategic partnership between Asset World Corp Public Company Limited (AWC) and Marriott International, reinforcing a commitment to expanding Thailand’s luxury hospitality portfolio.

This latest development built on AWC’s continued collaboration with Marriott International, following the 2022 agreement for The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok, The Riverside, a landmark project transforming the historic districts of Lhong 1919 and Songwat while strengthening Bangkok’s position as a global luxury destination, and the 2023 agreement for The Ritz-Carlton Phuket Resort and Spa, which set a new benchmark for luxury hospitality on the island.

The collaboration, built on a trusted partnership and a shared vision, encompasses the development of Aquatique, AWC’s flagship integrated destination in Pattaya, anchored by The Ritz-Carlton property in Pattaya, alongside the repositioning of Sheraton Samui Resort to Marriott hotel in Koh Samui.

Aquatique reflects AWC’s approach to developing world-class flagship projects in high-growth strategic locations, guided by a destination-led development philosophy that prioritizes long-term value creation. Developed through a strategic partnership with Marriott International, a global hotel group recognized for its international standards and operational expertise, Aquatique is envisioned as an integrated destination under AWC’s Lifestyle Destination concept, bringing together hospitality, retail, and experiential attractions to comprehensively support Pattaya’s tourism potential.

For the hospitality component, Aquatique is anchored by The Ritz-Carlton property in Pattaya, positioned as the flagship luxury hotel within the development. The hotel is designed to contribute to Pattaya’s evolving hospitality landscape through refined design, service excellence, and experience-led luxury aligned with brand’s positioning.

The hotel is expected to feature 224 guest rooms, with a total gross floor area of approximately 34,505 square metres, located on a prime beachfront site within the Aquatique development area of approximately 27-2-75 rai. Development is scheduled in line with Aquatique’s phased delivery timeline.

Designed under AWC’s Lifestyle Destination concept, Aquatique integrates hospitality, beachfront retail, and experiential attractions within a unified master plan, enabling the project to support long-term destination value while reinforcing Pattaya’s appeal to both domestic and international travellers.

The project is located at Chaweng Noi Beach, one of Koh Samui’s most high-potential locations.
