To ensure the effective implementation of this policy, the company has established a dedicated Compliance Department. This department oversees that all employees in various company units perform their duties lawfully.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Compliance Department has set forth guidelines for the company, its executives, and employees, outlining the following minimum responsibilities:

  1. Gathering Laws: Compile all laws relevant to the company's business operations, both current and those that may be amended or updated, such as acts, ministerial regulations, and various announcements.
  2. Communicating and Educating: Communicate and foster knowledge and understanding among relevant personnel to ensure that executives and employees comply with all laws pertinent to business operations accurately and completely.
  3. Supervising Compliance: Supervise and ensure that executives and employees comply with all laws, rules, and regulations related to the company's operations accurately and completely.
  4. Auditing Operations: Audit the compliance of executives' and employees' operations with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
  5. Analyzing Non-Compliance: Analyze the reasons for any non-compliance with laws, rules, and regulations related to the company's operations, if they occur. Report the audit results and analysis to executives and/or directly relevant departments, and/or the Risk Management Committee, for operational improvements.
