AWC adopts the principle that there is no limitation to directors’ liabilities.

Directors are fully accountable under the applicable laws, the Company’s Articles of Association, and resolutions of the shareholders and the Board of Directors.

Directors are personally liable in cases where acts or omissions violate the law, the Company’s objectives, Articles of Association, or resolutions of the shareholders, or where such acts exceed their authority, are conducted in bad faith, or cause material damage to the Company or its stakeholders.
