9 July 2026, Bangkok, Thailand – Asset World Corp Public Company Limited (AWC), Thailand’s leading integrated lifestyle real estate group, is pleased to announce an iconic partnership signing with EMM Williams Productions to debut Avatar: Guardians of Eywa, a licensed immersive experience based on James Cameron’s Avatar franchise, under the newly introduced entertainment format The Magic Walk™ experience at Asiatique The Riverfront Destination. This collaboration strengthens Asiatique The Riverfront Destination into a global hub for experience-led intellectual property (IP) in the region, seamlessly integrating retail, lifestyle, and experiences under one roof.

As part of AWC’s Lifestyle Destination model, Asiatique The Riverfront Destination is being transformed into an integrated hub of retail, culture, and world-class entertainment. This is the latest attraction to join other major landmarks SkyFlyers: Wings of Garudapterus, and Better World Better Future, reflecting AWC’s commitment to “Building Better Future” by blending sustainability-inspired storytelling with global-scale entertainment.

Aligned with AWC’s global partnership strategy, this collaboration brings together EMM Williams Productions – a global leader in immersive experiences and large-scale stage productions – with AWC’s expertise in destination development. Spanning over 4,000 square meters, this immersive journey will transport audiences of all ages to Pandora – the lush, bioluminescent moon that serves as the iconic setting for James Cameron’s Avatar franchise. Guests will be invited to awaken their connection to nature, learning how the Na’vi serve as the “Guardians of Eywa” – the deity of the Na’vi – thereby promoting respect for nature and the interconnectedness of life.

Inspired by James Cameron's globally acclaimed Avatar film franchise - a series that has achieved unprecedented global success with the highest-grossing film trilogy of all time, amassing over $6 billion globally – this experience transforms one of the world’s most beloved stories into a one-of-a-kind destination, seamlessly blending immersive storytelling, spectacular live entertainment, themed dining, retail, and interactive experiences. Building upon the extraordinary worldwide success of the Avatar films, the experience is set to become a landmark destination and a defining addition to Bangkok's evolving entertainment landscape.

The experience will be housed within the iconic Blue Dome at Asiatique Destination, originally created for Expo 2025 Osaka by Pritzker Prize-winning Japanese architect Shigeru Ban. Featuring a 19-meter-diameter bamboo structure alongside a 42-meter-diameter carbon-fiber structure, the lightweight, column-free complex demonstrates how renewable materials and advanced engineering can be combined to create exceptional structural performance with a significantly reduced environmental footprint, setting a new benchmark in sustainable architecture.

The Blue Dome at Asiatique Destination will serve as the centerpiece of Asiatique The Riverfront Destination's newest expansion, introducing approximately 16,000 square meters of experiential retail, immersive attractions, dining, and lifestyle offerings within a vibrant all-day destination seamlessly connected to Bangkok's iconic Chao Phraya River. Currently under development, the expansion is scheduled to open in Q4 2026, with the Avatar: Guardians of Eywa experience welcoming its first guests in 2027, on a date that will be announced in due course.
