Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibility:
- Operate and maintain on safety, occupational health and working environment, operations of the property / building, and operations of the tenants, visitors, to ensure the compliance with safety standards.
- Evaluate the operations and safety-risks of the property / building in accordance with the plan or safety measures at work. Analyze various hazards, including preventive measures, or work procedures in accordance with standards, requirements, and relevant laws.
- Manage and control the outsourced security company and manage the traffic within the property/building to meet safety standards, and in accordance with the service level agreement.
- Regularly inspect the area within the property / building and observe the possible causes of unsafe matters due to the use of the premises, both from the Company's employees, tenants, contractors who enter to work, the customers who come to use the service. Find the ways to prevent various unsafe matters that may occur.
- Inspect the working conditions of machinery, tools, equipment related to the maintenance, prevention, and security to be in good condition, ready to be used in the operation immediately. For example, routing signages, fire extinguishers, fire cabinet, fire hose, fire doors, fire escape ladders, CCTV cameras, emergency lights, etc.
- Provide advice, training, training for the company's employees in matters related to safety in order to ensure they can work safely and can prevent unsafe matters that may occur.
- Recommendation to the Company to operate or provide continuous improvement in work safety at the workplace.
- Prepare safety reports, monitor the performance on safety, occupational health and working environment. Give suggestions/recommendations for solutions if the safety condition is not met.
- Supervise, assist, support for the convenient to the tenants, customers, and contractors, to come to work or use the service at the property / building safely in accordance with the safety measurement of the Company.
- Supervise, assist, support for the convenient to the tenants, customers, and contractors who come to work to be safe when there are the situations that may cause unsafe matters.
- In case of emergency, to report the incident to the supervisor and related parties. Follow up until the completion of the claim process for the compensation from various related insurance.
- Advice / train on safety and working environment to contractors to ensure they work in accordance with the safety standards of the Company and free from any causes that nay cause unsafe matters from work.
- Provide the supports in preparation of the equipment and areas to be safe for organizing various activities at the property / building.
- Proceed for prevention of loss of company-assets at the property / building and give advice to the tenants to properly keep their assets in order to prevent loss.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety
- More than 1 year of work experience in Safety work or Loss prevention work.
- Have knowledge of the use of safety equipment and have the skills to use safety equipment.
- Able to work in shifts.
- Able to use computer programs including MS Office is well.
- Have good personality and communication skills and have good human relations with both within the agency and between departments.
- Have Safety officer professional level license
