Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing parts of construction projects
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
• Supervising site staffs
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• Creating and controlling construction plans
• Coordinating with contractor, deliver project on timeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or related field
• Over 10 years of experience in Construction Management for commercial building, hotels, convenient store, etc.
• Good command of English
• Able to provide technical advice and solving problems on site
• Able to utilize Auto Cad and other basic programs
• Able to work upcountry is a must
