Duties & Responsibilities
Represent a positive image of the organization and deliver exceptional service to customers
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome, assist customers, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth service experience.
- Receive notifications of news, promotions, or various events and campaigns at the shopping center.
- Receive customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments
- Receive repair requests - Issue Work Order.
- Create customer satisfaction in the service experience
- Communicate with customers with understanding, accuracy, courtesy, and the ability to answer their various questions.
- Take care of and manage various service-related information to ensure it is smooth, accurate, and efficient
- Work and coordinate with various departments or sections to carry out tasks or resolve issues for customers accurately and promptly.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors
Qualifications
- 6 working days per week
- Able to work the night shift (out at 12 midnight)
- 0-2 years experience in customer service
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Competence in Computer & Digital Literary
- Familiar with application & program usage
