Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead 360 holistic strategic marketing and communication plan and implementation, to ensure that brand & strategies are consistent with the target, which includes the ability to understand & analyze consumer’s insights, market trend, marketing & competitive intelligences.
  • Lead brand event, sales event, CRM, and tenant engagement program plan and implementation, including implementation but not limited to identifying key events, maintain pre- and post-event communication, and event attendance.
  • Leads innovation, brand building, brand experiential projects with cross functional team.
  • Develop creative concepts, theme & strategy to meet with objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of social distribution, including content strategy, scheduling content, community management, and optimizing posts for engagement and search
Measure marketing ROI efficiency through analysis of marketing spend vs business goal and campaign goal.


  • Bachelor or Master in Business Management or Marketing Communication or related field.
  • Direct experience in advertising, PR, marketing communication, communication / creative agency or sales enablement.
  • Marketing experience in Real Estate, FMCG, creative or lifestyle industries including communication, innovations, activations and brand planning.
  • Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including CRM planning, and marketing sales.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skill and able to work with internal and external stakeholders, with excellent presentation skills to present to international team.
