Dr. Pavee Suvagondha holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University (formerly California School of Professional Psychology), an MBA from Suffolk University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Marketing from Thammasat University.

With more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience, Dr. Pavee has extensive expertise in organizational design, executive compensation, succession planning, talent development, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration across multinational organizations and diverse industries. Prior to joining Asset World Corporation Public Company Limited, he served as Head of Human Resources & Administration, Americas at Sumitomo Electric U.S.A. Holdings, and previously as Group Manager, Global Human Resources Planning at Sumitomo Electric Industries in Osaka, Japan.
