Mr. Boontuck Wungcharoen has extensive leadership experience in commercial banking, corporate management, and the financial services industry. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held several senior leadership positions, including Independent Director of Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, Senior Executive Vice President of Kasikornbank Public Company Limited, and Chief Executive Officer and Director of TMB Bank Public Company Limited. He also previously served as Chairman of the Thai Bankers' Association.
He has served as Vice Chairman of the Board, Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee, Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of Asset World Corp Public Company Limited since 2018 to 2025 and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Non-Executive Director since 2025.
He currently also holds the positions of Director of Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Independent Director and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of Synnex (Thailand) Public Company Limited, and Independent Director of Kiatthana Transport Public Company Limited.
