Associate Prof. Tithiphan Chuerboonchai has extensive leadership experience in law, higher education, academic administration, and corporate governance. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held several key leadership positions, including Director of the Center for Law and Development Research, Lecturer, Dean of the Faculty of Law, and Assistant to the President of Chulalongkorn University. He also previously served as an Independent Director and Member of the Audit Committee of Siam City Bank Public Company Limited.

He has served as an Independent and Non-Executive Director, Member of the Risk Management Committee, and Member of the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee of Asset World Corp Public Company Limited since 2018.

He currently also serves as an Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, Member of the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee, and Member of the Risk Management Committee of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited; an Independent Director, Member of the Audit Committee, and Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee of Univentures Public Company Limited; an Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited; and as a Member of the Property Management Committee and the Executive Committee of the Property Management Office of the Thai Red Cross Society.
