Mr. Pongpanu Svetarundra has extensive leadership experience across the public sector, government agencies, state enterprises, and listed companies. Throughout his distinguished career, he has served as a government official in several senior leadership positions, including Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, Director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Director of the Sports Authority of Thailand, and Chairman of Erawan Hotel Public Company Limited. He has also served as a Director of various organizations, including the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, Thaisri Insurance Public Company Limited, and the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Thailand.
He has served as an Independent and Non-Executive Director and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Asset World Corp Public Company Limited since 2018 and has served as Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee since 2024.
He currently also serves as an Independent Director, Member of the Audit Committee, and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Crown Seal Public Company Limited, and Chairman, Independent Director, and Member of the Audit Committee of Megachem (Thailand) Public Company Limited.
