Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing parts of construction projects
  • Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork for presentation to management
  • Supervising site staffs
  • Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
  • Creating and controlling construction plans
  • Coordinating with contractor, deliver project on timeline

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or related field
  • Over 7 years of experience in Construction Management for Commercial Building, Hotels, Convenient Store, etc.
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Able to provide technical advice and solving problems on site
  • Able to utilize Microsoft Office
  • Able to work upcountry is a must
