Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing Sale

  • Plan and Execute NLA2 Strategies and Promotion campaigns to find the best practices in order to meet revenue target
  • Plan and execute the strategy of sourcing, approaching, and screening the potential customers and businesses, and determine their needs and wants for the property, and tailor promotion to suits their needs.
  • Track new market and emerging trend, recommend new service, propose and develop new strategic partnership, write proposal and plan for shot-term and long-term objective.
  • Lead and manage sales of NLA2 area to align with AWC principal to ensure the agreed deals of property rental processes are legally handled with care, complied with company related regulations and processes, until the signing of leases with agreed leasing terms and conditions.
  • Stakeholders' relationship management
  • Work with AWC affiliate for synergy collaboration


Data Management

  • Sourcing new database to target potential customer
  • Responsible for, data interpretation, reporting, customer analytics, presentation’s structure and make actionable recommendations



  • Develop and manage ongoing performance of assigned projects by providing accurate and timely assessments of market business information which may impact to the project performance


  • Bachelor in Marketing or related filed 
  • Direct experienced Marketing Strategies and Promotion campaigns
