Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop research strategies to ensure internal understanding of customer and competitor insights
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of secondary data sources to derive insights regarding competitive activities and performance
  • Lead internal competitive intelligence efforts to ensure AWC group anticipates and plans for competitive actions and market events
  • Proactively and continuously assess the relevant marketplace and its dynamics, customers and competitors
  • Provide and unbiased point of view on the performance of markets/brands, supported by facts and evidence
  • Develop and implement market research and analytical plans, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Manage all aspects of regular reports and gain deep understanding of changes in awareness, behaviors, attitudes and insights on AWC group’s efforts
  • Direct 3rd party suppliers in the planning and execution of qualitative and quantitative market research studies when necessary
  • Seek out alternative/creative ways of meeting an information need, considering new techniques to address business challenges


  • Bachelor or higher degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Sciences or related fields
  • A minimum of 6-10 years’ experience for Analyst and Research industry, including 4-7 years of real estate, hotel, mixed use industry/sector experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
