Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct product / marketing strategy for mixed-use project development under AWC portfolio
  • Develop brand positioning and partner recommendation for each property development project  
  • Lead conceptual design for project proposals
  • Initiate area of improvement to enhance property productivity in terms of commercial awareness and traffic footfall
  • Monitor market / customer trends and propose new initiatives for project improvement or new project development  
  • Work with cross-functional team across business units to maximize and synergize AWC’s project improvement and new development programs
  • Consolidate project proposals for Management reviews and approvals 


  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience with defining product/marketing strategy preferably in mixed-use property development/ retail development/ hospitality projects
  • Experience in micro-market research and customer behavior analysis
  • Skilled in project management with interpersonal skills to engage in different development stage
  • Good command of English
  • Excel in Microsoft Office programs
  • Autocad proficiency will be a good advantage
