Duties & Responsibilities

  • Initiate product strategy for greenfield/brownfield land and asset under AWC’s portfolio
  • Conduct market studies to support the development of new product initiatives that meet market demand and trends
  • Propose business opportunities that establish sustainable advantage with respective business partners in hospitality and retail industry
  • Identify competitive-insights and trends effecting business performance for continuous business improvement plan
  • Work with cross-functional team across business units to maximize and synergize AWC’s project improvement and new development programs


  • At least 3 years of experience in product/marketing strategy preferably in retail industry  
  • Experience in property development is a plus
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Good command of English
  • Excel in Microsoft Office programs
