Duties & Responsibilities

1.Develop, maintain and implement standard operating procedures to support business systems availability using internal resource or outsource services according to SLA
2.Develop, maintain and implement standard operating procedures to support computer equipment availability using external vendors according to SLA
3.Provide systems/applications awareness training for employees such as RBAC and Incident Management systems
4.Support incidents according to SLA and provide efficient and effective tools and application service support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study
  • 2-3 years+ of experience IT Support
  • Professional qualifications (e.g. COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000, Information Technology Infrastructure Library [ITIL]) experience is desired
  • Applications or operating systems experience required
