Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage corporate PMO which entails tracking all major non-Business as Usual (non BAU) projects across the organization and concurrently manage multiple project initiatives within the organization. Centralize project data including resources, finance and procurement, and production of project and portfolio status update for management review
• Undertake project portfolio planning and analysis - including detailed project plans, documenting scope and business requirements, and producing Terms of Reference. Provide input into the design and creation of new product/ service developments and manage the implementation. Conduct extensive due diligence on any future business proposals in terms of risk, timing and outcome
• Monitor and control project plan; assigning responsibilities and ensuring the project is adequately resourced and monitor project stage gate and facilitate for gate review by management. Identify, track, manage and mitigate risks within the project; including opportunity identification. Manage and monitor budget to ensure that the project is delivered within agreed costings
• Oversee the progress and performance of the project (across portfolios), adapting the plan as needed by working with Project Manager / Program Manager / Portfolio Manager to provide project status report in timely manner. Prepare papers for and present to the periodic (ie. monthly or fortnight) Planning & Development Forum. Prepare materials as required for submission to the IT Steering Committee, management team etc. Produce a road map and summary report for current company-wide projects which are handled between project managers 
• Provide guidance and coaching to novice or new project managers to understand the project management framework and practices. Assist in providing end-to-end project management, from business case development through to implementation of new wrapper, products, initiatives, services
• Ensure organizational compliance to international standard (e.g. ISO, CORBIT, etc.)


•Bachelor of Science/Engineering or relevant field 
•10+ years in PMO/ Program management, background in various Software Development Cycle such as Agile, Water Fall 
•Experience in building and/or running a successful PMO 
•Thorough understanding of project lifecycle and portfolio management 
•Strategic thinking; ability to objectively align tactical work efforts with corporate wide strategic vision 
•Excellent in business writing, presentation and communication skills 
•Extremely proficient in MS Project, MS Excel and MS Power Point ‐ Superior interpersonal and demonstrated facilitation skills, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment 
•Strong organizational, analytical, verbal & writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
•Experience in implementing International Standards (i.e. ISO, COBIT, PMI)
