Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales & leasing team to ensure they have adequate sales- related equipment and material to effectively perform sales activities to close the sales deals
  • Record quotation information into SAP system in a timely manner and with accuracy. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in company systems and proceed for necessary reports within timeline
  • Manage, prepare, and proceed all set of related data and documents and proceed for the issuance of draft leasing contract to submit to Legal office for legal conformity checking
  • Work with finance team on the reimbursement of duty & stamp which required for leasing contract, upon getting the confirmation from legal office of the completion of leasing contract
  • Support Corporate TS Service Manager on producing and managing necessary data related to Tenant Services to effectively manage TS services teams at the properties to be able to close the deal of leasing contract renewal within timeline


  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions.
  • Experience working with Commercial Building Agency is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of sales with the experience to handle customer complaints
  • Good English communication (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Good ability to work with Microsoft office (expert in Excel and PowerPoint), and fast learner in other sales systems
