Duties & Responsibilities

- Control execute marketing activities at the property as per plan of Corporate of BU Marketing Planning & Execution Team 
- Plan and control any initiated marketing activity at the property 
- Control budget for both offline and online advertising/promotion activities
- Control organizer or marketing suppliers to conduct any marketing activity as per plan ensure that draw traffic and enhanced good image of property
- Plan and Control execute marketing communication strategies, media and promotion campaigns to meet with target group
- Control and guide to team to selling the promotion-activity-area of the property
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Analyze of both customer research data and sale report to monitor customer needs and satisfaction
- Analyze our campaign performance, top performance campaigns to plan the next campaign
- Maintain business relationship with partnership including provide tenant support plan to new entrants or tenant need to support and assessment performance


- Proficient at strategic marketing planning, marketing activity, sell area promotion
- In-depth knowledge of market trend or market conditions, customer insight, tenant mix, retail business
- Excellent interpersonal skills 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Thai and English)
- Good project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity


- Bachelors’ or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficiency with both off-line and online marketing and social media activities, be able to establish press and media contacts.
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Proven experience in managing marketing team with success record.
- At least 2 years of experience in Retail Business, marketing, event.
- Good written and spoken in English
