Ms. Nardrerdee Arj-Harnwongse holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University, Missouri, U.S.A. and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Chulalongkorn University.

Ms. Nardrerdee has over 30 years of operational and corporate HR experience, spanning senior HR leadership roles and as Chief People Officer (CPO) with various multinational companies in the retail, fast moving consumer goods, and telecommunications industries. Her HR expertise is anchored in organizational effectiveness, HR transformations, M&A, employee learning and leadership development, talent sourcing and retention, performance management, and employer branding. Her key successes also include Employee Engagement Initiatives, Culture Transformation, Talent Management, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
