Mr. Monchai Dechojarassri holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing), Assumption University and a Master of Business Administration (General Management) Assumption University Mr. Monchai has more than 27 years of experience in the retail, direct sales, and automobile sectors.
Before joining AWC, Mr. Monchai served as Managing Director Before joining AWC, Mr. Monchai served as Managing Director of Unilever Network Thailand business at Unilever Thai Trading Limited, where he was responsible for delivering both the company’s top line and bottom line. In addition, he developed and implemented growth strategies, developed and successfully launched a new business model, and expanded the new business model regionally to Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. Mr. Monchai also started an omni-channel to increase business growth by developing new digital capabilities incorporating Salesforce, with an emphasis on social marketing. Prior to working for Unilever Thailand, he served in a marketing and sales capacity with Nu Skin Personal Care (Thailand) and Honda Cars (Thailand).
