Duties & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and analyze market strategies including developing BI dashboards and reports to relevant parties, through the study of markets, competitors, or upcoming trends by selecting appropriate research methodology and techniques in order to lead and manage, with supports from the relevant Marketing team, research projects ranging from tenant’s satisfaction surveys, customer’s satisfaction survey to focus groups including evaluation of selling and buying data and performance of our existing buyers and sellers, for the success of wholesale business model.
  • Track and update market, new and upcoming trend, identify and recommend Marketing strategy through key findings from various appropriate technique and methodology in terms of market, competitors and customers.
  • Initiate the approach to utilize information and analytical solutions for benefits of marketing campaign development to maximize business opportunity and proceed for Business Strategy and Leasing team together with Marketing Strategy and Planning team for new enhancing value propositions to penetrate new market, and to optimize return on investment on AEI and new projects including Omnichannel Platform
  • Being content creator by using information, trend and sellers/buyers’ journeys to create online and offline content in Marketing Communication with accurate data, insight and spelling. Be able to design outline of caption and guideline photo to graphic designer for artwork with initiative ideas. Be an expert in social media.
  • Lead and Manage research projects from tenants and customer’s satisfaction survey to focus group including evaluation of selling and buying data for the success of Wholesale business model
  • Initiate the approach to utilize information and analytical solutions for benefit of marketing campaign development to maximize business opportunity
  • Use findings proceed business strategy and Leasing team together with Marketing strategy and planning team for new enhancing value propositions to penetrate new market and to optimize ROI and new projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification
  • 10 years of experience in Retail Business for Business Development and Customer Insight and Marketing field : Wholesale or Retail business and work in research agency are an advantage 
  • 6-10 years of experience in Retail Business for Business Development and Customer Insight and Marketing field : Wholesale or Retail business is an advantage 
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Experience to manage team
