Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage overall schedule and timeline and be held responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of timely and high-quality PDP/PDE’s (PDP which is Project development program /PDE which is Project Development estimation)
• Actively Seek and represent AWC internally with other business units and teams as well as externally to keep a lookout for latest trends and partners to potentially collaborate with
• Oversee Directions and details of all projects assigned to ensure accuracy levels as well as optimal program mix, to also raise concerns and communicate strategies on how to move forward should challenges arise
• Ensure strong Brand DNA is clear and being carried out through project plans till project opening date yet keeping up with the latest trends and market benchmarks
• Fully understand the needs of the business units as well as AWC corporation to not only craft strong PDP/PDEs but be able to present and articulate ideas to CEO clearly, succinctly, and comprehensively on product/project details in all aspects from concept initiation to story telling, to scheduling, to phasing and eventually to feasibility modeling as well as ongoing operational recommendations


• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Architecture or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in middle to high management position in real estate/ hotel/retail/mixed-use/master planning related companies managing team(s) of at least 5 pax with different backgrounds
• Having worked on large scale mixed-use projects in the capacity/involvement of product marketing, design, feasibility, engineering, master planning or investment functions
• Experience in feasibility / financial modelling
• Inter-personal relationship skills, ability to communicate with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Strong Negotiation and Presentation skills
• Good command both of spoken and written English and good computer literacy (Excel and PowerPoint is a must)
• Multi-tasking skill is a Must
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships on various levels
• Good understanding of the real estate market as well as key players in terms of major partners, operators, consultants • Ability to problem-solve within short periods & Entrepreneurial minded, spirited and ability to think as a real estate developer/owner • Good Command in English and Thai
• Proficient in MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)
