Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy & Development
- Work in close collaboration, based on the direction and business plan as identified by Head of Product Strategy & Marketing, with CST team, Business Insight, team, Sales & Leasing team, on product marketing opportunities for its core business activities.
- Develop brand strategy roadmap and value proposition for their own properties to offer competitive unique selling points through initiatives
- Develop a comprehensive placemaking strategy to capitalize on a community’s assets, inspiration, and potential to create spaces that enhance people’s experience
- Initiate strategic marketing & communication plan and allocate budget to meet with business goal and support key business strategy.
- Translate brand strategy into brand plan, brand positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- Work with business & insight team on business expansion opportunities for its core business activities
Research
- Possess a strong understanding of the market, our competition in the industry and positioning to understand the customer unserved need, with Business & Customer Insight team
- Follow the latest industry development and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors with Business & Customer Insight team
Brand Concept & Design Development
- Develop concept direction to implement in product initiatives, services, and all customer touchpoints
- Develop brand concept design guideline to ensure consistency tonality and convey best-in-class materials, in collaboration with CST team. (i.e., websites, content mood & tone)
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master in Marketing or similar relevant field
- Previous working experience as a Marketing Strategist for (x) year(s)
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude
