Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform on-site property inspection of Hotels or/and portfolio.
• Coordinate and feedback hotel teams in the budgeting & forecasting for the businesses.
• Record, track, and speak regularly to ensure performance of assigned hotels or/and portfolio.
• Conclude review on ongoing and detailed loss and profit statement reports on assigned hotels
• Contribute to the Hospitality Asset Management team in the monthly review of performance at assigned hotels.
• Accurate and timely production of financial reports and associated information.
• Contribute to the Hospitality Asset Management team in the analysis of operational and financial information of hotels.
• Contribute to the Hospitality Asset Management team in the review of operational results and forecasts for hotels under asset management contracts.
• Prepare and deliver standard market and operations report weekly, monthly, and quarterly and ensure they are accurate and done timely
• Apply data from company benchmarking to improve operating results and best practices.
• Analyze current information on demographics; change in demand and supply, and all markets that impact on the performance and positioning of hotels.
• Make sure management and other agreements are complied with law and company policy.
• Review and analyze quarterly reporting and annual operating budgets and provide assistance to finance and accounting team and the Hospitality Asset management team on ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  - Carry out analysis and interpretation of revenue, demand generators, financial reporting, and management data regularly to assess the performance of hotel, and where necessary evolve short and long-term strategies to enhance performance.
  - Participate in development of hotel strategic plans with executive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, Master's Degree in related field is preferable
• Experiecenf from in Finance or Accounting department from Hospitality Business
