Duties & Responsibilities

• Portfolio Asset Performance monitoring
• Asset Enhancement Initiatives, investment and capital allocation planning
• Custodian of AWC’s Portfolio Asset List
• Assess and review portfolio asset type and revenue mix
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver balanced portfolio strategy with the aim of achieving long-term sustainable growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics is required
• Possesses experience in Investment Banking and due diligence is highly preferable
• Possesses detailed knowledge of economic theory and financial terminology
• Communicates clearly and effectively
• Demonstrates ability to make informed and logical management decisions
• Exhibits ability to remain calm and think analytically during stressful situations
• A proactive self-starter who will actively seek out innovative opportunities to deliver value, whilst ensuring that this is tied into the group's strategy, standards and priorities
• Able to motivate team members and others to fully engage and to work collaboratively to deliver solutions
