Duties & Responsibilities

• Support BU planning, budgeting and forecasting (Include provide monthly and quarterly forecast, actual/budget comparison)
• BU operating performance review
• BU financial performance review (Include Identify and initiate opportunities and enhancement initiatives to increase capital and rental value as well as EBITDA yield of each asset)
• Provide analysis and recommendation to support operation and driving performance​ (Include continuously and actively review and analyze revenue and expenses information of existing properties and provide accurate assessment of property overall status, how to generate revenue growth, to manage cost effectively, to seek and to point out for new opportunities in our business model)
• Point out any potential risks related to business financial results
• Enforce any related financial policy and procedure
• Performance monitoring and control
