Duties & Responsibilities

  • Undertake the day-to-day operation i.e. making quotation, invoice, verify freight bill, follow up payment and shipment.
  • Responsible for sales target. develop account plans, trade terms.
  • Pitching/developing new B2B customers and maintain good relationship with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from internal and external teams to provide best trading experience to our B2B customers and maximize our project/brand/company awareness in the field.
  • Serve as the link of communication between B2B customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Regular reporting of sales leads, sales performances, assist with market trend & competitor survey as required.
  • Collect B2B customer feedback and report to improve customer experience and operation excellence.
  • Contact and reply B2B customer inquiry via phone/email/visit or onsite
  • Update and manage sales database as time goes by.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, majored in business, administration, marketing, or international trade (academic preference, but not must).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of work experience as Sales or Marketing or Business Development in international trade industry is a must
  • Good command of both spoken and written English/Thai/Chinese is a must.
  • Ability to manage project independently.
  • Ability to travel upcountry/overseas when needed.
  • Understand what it takes to win in international trade.
  • Having international trade customer database across Thailand and neighboring countries for petty goods is preferred.
