Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop AWC’s growth strategies and new investment plans, align goals with other teams, and present strategy and acquisition plans to the CIO and management team
  • Gather, utilize, and manage necessary information for effective strategic planning, M&A, and investment evaluation process. Identify returns, risks, important factors and valuations associated with investment opportunities
  • Manage the execution of investment projects, facilitate smooth work progress, create network and coordinate with teammates and key stakeholders to ensure that deals are completed as scheduled with details include but not limited to the following:

  - Coordinate and manage both internal and external key stakeholders including asset sellers and partners

  - Conduct any necessary due diligence such as project information, financial statement, valuation report, regulation etc.

  - Conduct relevant financial analysis such as size transaction’s valuation, financial projection, feasibility study, and etc.

  - Appoint relevant advisor parties such as financial advisor, legal advisor, and appraiser.

  • Manage ROFR process and facilitate the information to relevant parties until completion of acquisition process

  - Set up ROFR’s acquisition plan, schedule acquisition timeline, conduct preliminary financial projection, and provide supports to relevant parties until the acquisition completion

 - Update ROFR list on a half-year and year-end basis

  • Prepare relevant document and presentation for Investment Committee, Executive Committee and Board of Directors’ approval and facilitate information and data for shareholders’ approval and SET disclosure

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or bachelor's degree in finance, investment, business, economics, or real estate related fields
  • Preferably BD, corporate strategy, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance expertise
  • Mixed-use, hotel, retail, or office rental business sector experience is a plus
  • Experience in M&A, feasibility study, financial analysis, or portfolio management
  • Knowledge of business strategy, M&A, financial analysis, and feasibility study
  • Understanding of Portfolio Theory and real estate investment
  • Proficiency in Excel financial modelling and PowerPoint presentation
  • Result oriented, planning and following with ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders
  • Good interpersonal, teamwork and negotiation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
