Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative and innovative social media strategies that align with the
company's goals and brand image.
• Create engaging and shareable content for AWC’s social media platforms, including photos,
videos, and written content, targeting B2B and B2C customers, and key influencers
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement
• Stay up-to-date with real estate industry trends and best practices in digital communication
• Work closely with BUs marketing teams to ensure alignment on the overall digital content strategy
• Manage, monitor, optimize content, and measure and analyze performance across AWC’s social
media accounts in order to improve impression, engagement and awareness rates.
• Optimize results and analyze data from social listening tool (Zocial Eye) for AWC and competitors
in order to improve brand awareness rates
• Maintain and update the corporate website, including collaborating with our external agency


• At least 3 years’ experience in social media, with hands-on management of social media
accounts, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
• Experience with data analysis and reporting with the ability to track, digest and optimize
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
• Experience in building social media audiences, including hands-on development of creative
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated, team player, responsible, and ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English and Thai, both written and speaking
